Using Foundry44 means accepting these terms. They are short.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read its pages and take the free components. Do not try to reach what is not public (the Pro files), break or overload the site, or pass it off as yours.
Components
What you may do with a component is set by its licence: the MIT License for a free one, the Pro licence for a Pro one. The licence page says which is which and what each allows.
Pro
Buying Pro is set by the terms of sale, and what a buyer may do with the Pro components by the Pro licence. Pro is not on sale yet; both will apply to every purchase.
Robots and AI
Search engines and AI crawlers are welcome on the public pages, training included. The Pro code is not on them, and the Pro licence forbids using it to train a model or to build a tool that makes components for others.
No warranty
The site and the free components are provided as they are, without warranty: test a component in your own project before you ship it. As far as the law allows, Foundry44 is not liable for damage arising from their use. Links to other sites are given for convenience; we do not answer for those sites.
Changes and law
These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. They are governed by French law. Questions: hello@foundry44.dev.
