What it does
Expanding Panels is an image animation ready for your AI assistant, React or plain JavaScript, with no dependencies. Also called panel accordion, image accordion, squeeze carousel or expanding cards.
A row of tall pictures where the one you hover, tap or tab to swings open while its neighbours slim down to strips, all gliding together. The row always fills its width, and reduced motion switches panels instantly.
With Pro
The AI prompt, the React component, the plain JavaScript file and the embed come with Pro, along with the live demo. Every setting is optional: with none, you get the effect as the preview shows it.
