Terms of sale.

In short

• Bought once. You pay once and keep what you bought.
• Sold by Stripe. Stripe sells Pro through its Link service: it takes the payment, charges the VAT and sends the invoice. Foundry44 delivers the components and grants their licence.
• 14 days to change your mind, as long as you have not taken any of the code yet.

Who sells

Pro purchases are made through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe, through its Link service, is the seller of record: the payment, the VAT or sales tax, the invoice and questions about a charge are handled by Stripe under its own terms, shown at checkout. Its pages for buyers are on Link support.

The components, their delivery and their licence come from Alexis LEMEE FREMONT, trading as Foundry44, whose details are on the legal notice. What you may do with the components is set by the Pro licence, part of these terms.

Offers and prices

• Library, 39 €. Every Pro component out on the day you buy, in your AI assistant through the MCP server too.
• Lifetime, 79 €. Every component, now and to come, through the MCP server too. The price rises as the library grows.

Prices are in euros, taxes included in Europe; outside it, the checkout shows the price in your currency and the tax that applies. The full price, extra components included, is shown at checkout before you pay, and that is the price you pay. Prices may change; a purchase keeps the price of its day.

Delivery

Pro is delivered online as soon as the payment goes through, from your account on Foundry44: the download of each component, its install with your personal access token and, with the Library and Lifetime offers, the MCP server. Fixes and new versions of what you own come the same way, at no extra cost, for good. To apply the refund rule below and the licence, we record each time code leaves your account: which component, when, and by which route.

Refund

You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, as long as no code has left your account, by any route: download, install, MCP server or playground. Write to hello@foundry44.dev from the address you bought with; we answer within 3 working days and the refund goes back to your means of payment through Stripe.

Stripe may also refund a purchase under its own policy. Whoever grants it, a refund ends the licence of what it covers: delete the code you got with it and stop using it.

Right of withdrawal

In the European Union, a consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, unless the content is delivered at once with their prior consent and they accept that they then lose that right. When you buy, you are asked to request immediate access and to confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once you first take code. Until then, the refund above gives you the same 14 days; after it, the purchase is final.

Access over time

The licence of what you bought does not expire, and the code you took stays yours to use under it. The Lifetime offer covers every component Foundry44 publishes after your purchase, for as long as it publishes components. If Foundry44 ever closes your account or the site, it tells you by email at least 30 days before, so you can download everything you own.

Conformity

If a component does not work as its page describes, write to hello@foundry44.dev: we fix it, or refund you if we cannot. As a consumer, you keep the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content (French Consumer Code, art. L224-25-12 and following). Beyond it, the liability set by the Pro licence applies.

Support and complaints

Questions about a component, your account or a refund: hello@foundry44.dev. Questions about a charge or an invoice: Link support. If we cannot settle a complaint together, you may take it to the courts that have jurisdiction.

Changes and law

These terms may change; a purchase stays under the version in force on its day, which the date at the top gives. They are governed by French law, without taking away any protection the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
